Animal Medical Center Required Vaccinations & Tests
Canines: DA2PPVL (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, Leptospirosis), Bordatella and Rabies vaccinations. Fecal & heartworm tests.
Felines: FVRCPP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheities, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia, Pneumonitis, FELV (Feline Leukemia) and Rabies vaccinations. FIV/FELV test and Fecal test.
Puppy: At 8 weeks of age - DA2PPL #1, WMS #1 (worming with strongid). At 12 weeks of age - DA2PPL #2, WMS #2, B #1(bordatella), C#1(corona). At 16 weeks of age - DA2PPL #3, WMS #3, B #2, C #2 and Rabies vaccination.
Kittens: At 8 weeks of age - FVRCPP #1, WMS #1 (worming with strongid). At 12 weeks of age - FVRCPP #2, WMS #2, FELV #1(feline leukemia), B #1(bordatella). At 16 weeks of age - FVRCPP #3, WMS #3, FELV #2, B #2 and Rabies vaccination.
Any pet admitted to Animal Medical Center whether for a procedure, grooming or boarding must be fully vaccinated with the above stated vaccinations. Boarding animals must have a current fecal test.
