If you have selected to purchase a product which requires a prescription such as heartworm prevention, a
veterinarian will review the request and either approve it or request you bring in your pet for a test prior
approval.

Once you are on the pharmacy site your User ID and Password is your 10 digit telephone number without the dashes. You will have the option to change your User ID and Password.

If you prefer to fill your pets prescription at the clinic, please email us or call us at 816-333-9000.  When emailing us, please provide us with the account name, pet name, prescription, quantity desired and a contact telephone number.  All prescriptions will be available for pick-up after 2pm the following business day.
