Animal Medical Center Required Vaccinations

• Canines: DA2PPVL (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, Leptospirosis), Corona, Bordatella and Rabies vaccinations.

• Felines: FVRCPP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheities, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia, Pneumonitis, FELV (Feline Leukemia), Bordatella and Rabies vaccinations.

• Puppy: At 8 weeks of age - DA2PP #1, WMS #1 (worming with strongid). At 12 weeks of age - DA2PP #2, WMS #2, B #1, C#1.  At 16 weeks of age - DA2PP #3, WMS #3, B #2, C #2 and Rabies vaccination.

• Kittens: At 8 weeks of age - FVRCPP #1, WMS #1 (worming with strongid). At 12 weeks of age - FVRCPP #2, WMS #2, FELV #1, B #1. At 16 weeks of age - FVRCPP #3, WMS #3, FELV #2, B #2 and Rabies vaccination.

Any pet admitted to Animal Medical Center whether for a procedure, grooming or boarding must be fully vaccinated with the above stated vaccinations.
